Our History

In 2018, after over forty years of providing the Fort Collins area with excellent gymnastics programs, Gene and Lorraine Koehnke choose Timberline to be the company to carry on their legacy. We are honored to be able to build on that legacy and continue to be a place where kids come to play, learn, and grow.

Meet the Managers

Jake

Jake Green

Timberline Gym Manager

Jake was a competitive gymnast in high school and started coaching as early as he could. He found that working to better children’s lives through gymnastics was one of the most fulfilling things he had ever done. Now, Jake has over ten years of coaching experience that ranges from preschool to competitive gymnastics. In early 2018 Jake and his family moved to the Fort Collins area specifically to be involved with Timberline! Today, as Gym Manager, Jake is excited to be able to positively influence the families of this community through the management of his staff and programs.
Kim

Kim Green

Kim took gymnastics classes as a kid along with other activities like martial arts and horsemanship. She has a vast array of work experience which has included several management opportunities. Now working at Timberline, she complements the rest of the management team with unique technical and organizational skills. As a proud mother herself, Kim is happy to play her part in enabling the wonderful experiences that children can have while participating in programs here at Timberline!
Cody RESIZE

Cody McMullen

Timberline Assistant Gym Manager and Competitive Department Manager
Cody began competitive gymnastics at a very young age here in Colorado in hopes to better his athletic abilities. Moving up through the Junior Olympic program, he found himself at the National competition two years in a row as a level 9 athlete. He began coaching at GK Gymnastics while attending CSU which rekindled his love for the sport and teaching young athletes to pursue their dreams. After 8 years of coaching, he’s found his place as Assistant Gym Manager and the Competitive Department Manager for both the men’s and women’s programs at Timberline Gymnastics. He is excited to expand the presence of quality gymnastics in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado.
