Birthday Party Details & Policies
- Party Dates — Parties are held on Sundays only. Since we book parties back to back, you will have access to the Party Area 10 minutes before and after your party time to get settled.
- Price — Party prices are based on number of guests attending. You are welcome add additional guests day-of for $15/guest, however it is helpful if we know the guest count in advance to staff accordingly.
- Guest Count — The guest count includes all participating children, INCLUDING the birthday child. Children under the age of 18 months are NOT included in the guest count, but are permitted to play in the gym under continuous parental supervision. Guests over 18 are also NOT included in the guest count. ADULTS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE GYMNASTICS EQUIPMENT at anytime. This includes trampolines and inflatables. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this.
- Food and Beverages — You may bring your own snacks, food, treats, and non-alcoholic beverages to serve at the party. We have a refrigerator and freezer available for you to use! Please note: Timberline Gymnastics is not responsible for reactions to food allergies.
- Booking — A $50 non-refundable deposit, along with entering a credit card on file, are required to book a party. You will be charged the remaining party balance one week prior to your party.
- Gratuity — Gratuity is NOT included in the Party Package price. While gratuity is not required, it is much appreciated!
- Liability Waivers — Each child must have their parent/guardian sign our waiver upon arrival BEFORE they are permitted to play in the gym. If a child’s parent won’t be attending the party, please request a waiver for their parent/guardian to send along with their attending child.
